Our neighborhood was having a block party for the 4Th. They blocked of the streets and the kids ran around. A fire engine came and the kids each got a turn holding the hose and spraying everyone. Porter and Lily had so much fun until little Lil's ran to close to the hose and took one in the eyes. Porter also got stung by a bee, but was brave and didn't cry much. Now we know he is not allergic to bees. Then we headed over to aunt Suzie's house for swimming and lots of good food. We ended the night at the park and watched the Yorba Linda fire works. All the kids enjoyed them. Jane loved pointing at them and clapping her hands. Lily feel asleep before the finale. Porter was happy and loved it. He ended the night with a little air guitar in the car rocking to Dead or Alive.

A very successful and memorable 4th of July for all of you Flakies. Too bad Lily got hurt and Porter got a bee sting. Not being allergic is good news. I'm glad Jane was clapping for the fireworks and wasn't afraid. I would love to see Porter's rocking away on the guitar. Fun times--great pictures. Thanks! ILYT oxoxo
