I got to see Porter get his first award at school. He was awarded radical reader.

It has been such a busy time so I haven't posted forever, but here are a few things that went on during this Christmas time. We had a lot of fun and loved spending time together. I have loved getting all the Christmas cards. I have a shrine on my wall. I hope all is well.

Foot fettish

Janie has really been liking her feet lately. If she can't find a toy to chew on there is always her feet. Wow it would be nice to be that flexible.

My brother Jono blessed his baby yesterday. We made it just in time and enjoyed our visit with them after. I'm lucky to live close enough to see him and his cute family often.

We went and saw Santa yesterday. I like to beat the crowds, so I always go early to get my yearly picture of Santa with the kids. At first Lily was frightened by Santa and would not go near him. I got in the picture with her and Santa at the top. Then she realized he was passing out candy and decided she liked him. I was able to get just the kids with him. I was happy about that.

Looking at the Christmas lights at the AZ temple. They were beautiful.We had a great time spending Thanksgiving with my family in Arizona. The weather was great. We almost didn't have a Thanksgiving meal because we didn't have any gas to the stove, but they were nice enough to come out and hook it up so we had our Thanksgiving meal. We had a busy weekend keeping the kids happy and loved hanging out with family. Thanks Amy for planning out our fun weekend. It was great.

Matt took the kids and met his Dad and cousin Johnny at the zoo on Saturday. I had to prepare a talk for church so I needed some time to think. The kids had a great time spending time with Johnny who is here from Utah. They were also lucky to get a chance to ride the elephant. It is there on a few Saturdays out of the year. I was able to get my talk prepared and now I just need to plan my Sundayschool lesson. I guess I'll do that tonight after the kids go to bed.

We waited in line forever to see the princesses. Right before we got in Bell, Sleeping Beauty, and Snow White changed places for Jasmine, Cinderella, and Pocahontas. Lily was not happy with Pocahontas. Lily said that Pocahontas is not a princess.
